Question 1

How do I order?

Accepted Answer

Browse shades or products, add what you need to your cart, then check out with your phone number (verified by a one-time code) and delivery address. No account or password needed.

Question 2

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Cash on Delivery is available on every order within its delivery zone's COD limit. Card, JazzCash, Easypaisa and bank transfer are coming in a later phase.

Question 3

How long does delivery take?

Accepted Answer

Delivery time depends on your city's delivery zone - see the Delivery & Returns page for details. Ready-made shades ship straight away; tinted-to-order shades are mixed fresh first.

Question 4

Can I return or exchange paint?

Accepted Answer

Unopened, unmixed standard-shade paint can be returned within our return window - see the Refund Policy. Tinted-to-order paint is mixed specifically for you and can't be returned unless there's a fault.

Question 5

How is the price calculated for a tinted shade?

Accepted Answer

The pack price depends on the product, the pack size and the shade's price group (Pastel, Mid, Deep or Special) - deeper, harder-to-mix shades cost a little more.

Question 6

Do you deliver everywhere in Pakistan?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to the cities and zones listed on our Delivery & Returns page, with more being added over time. If your city isn't listed yet, contact us on WhatsApp to check.

Question 7

I'm not sure how much paint I need - can you help?

Accepted Answer

Yes - use the Paint Calculator on any shade, product or guide page. Enter your room's dimensions and it works out the litres and the cheapest pack combination for you.

Question 8

Can I get personal colour advice?

Accepted Answer

Yes - use the Free Colour Advice form and our colour team will get back to you with recommendations.
