Eligibility for Returns
Unopened, unmixed standard-shade paint in its original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
Tinted-to-order shades are mixed specifically for your order and cannot be returned unless the product itself is faulty. Opened cans and used products cannot be returned for hygiene and quality reasons.
How to Request a Return
Contact us on WhatsApp or through the Contact page with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll confirm whether it's eligible and arrange collection.
Refund Processing
Once we've received and checked the returned item, we'll process your refund to the original payment method (or as store credit for Cash on Delivery orders) within 5-7 working days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
