Delivery Zones and Charges
Delivery charges depend on your city's zone and your order's weight. See our Delivery & Returns page for the full zone table and current charges.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary by zone, typically 1-7 working days. Ready-made shades ship straight away; tinted-to-order shades are mixed fresh first, which may add 1-2 days.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available on orders within a zone's COD limit - see the Delivery & Returns page for current limits by zone.
Order Tracking
You can check your order's status any time on our Track Order page using your order number and phone number.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If our courier is unable to deliver your order (for example, nobody is available to receive it), they'll attempt to contact you to reschedule. Repeated failed attempts may result in the order being returned to us.
