Question 1

How is the price calculated for a tinted shade?

Accepted Answer

The pack price depends on the product, the pack size and the shade's price group (Pastel, Mid, Deep or Special) - deeper, harder-to-mix shades cost a little more. The price shown updates as soon as you choose a shade.

Question 2

How long does a tinted order take?

Accepted Answer

Ready-made shades ship straight away. Tinted-to-order shades are mixed fresh and typically ship within 1-2 days, shown on the shade and product pages before you order.

Question 3

Can I pay cash on delivery?

Accepted Answer

Yes, Cash on Delivery is available on every order within its delivery zone's COD limit. Card, JazzCash, Easypaisa and bank transfer are coming in a later phase.

Question 4

What if I'm not sure how much paint I need?

Accepted Answer

Use the paint calculator on any shade or product page - enter your room's dimensions and it works out the litres and the cheapest pack combination for you.
